Roadside Assistance Services-Access Program for Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks (DOT Classes 3-8)

- Towing Service -towing the member to the nearest service facility with a maximum benefit of $400.

- Battery Jump / Minor Roadside Adjustments - Service will be provided to provide a battery jump and/or minor roadside adjustments to start a member’s car.

- Flat Tire Change - A flat tire will be changed with the member’s spare tire.

- Fuel Delivery - An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to a member.

- Vehicle Winching/Extraction - A member’s vehicle will be winched if it is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow as long as it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway.

- Lock-Out Service - If a member locks their keys in the car or loses their keys, locksmith services will be provided to open the vehicle.
